Review: Complete Scam Artists will steal your money. - I was sent an elliptical with a defective right assembly, preventing the right handlebar from attaching to it. Judging by the pictures you can clearly see that the incorrect tubing was welded on the right assembly by the manufacturer, which should have been smaller and diameter to accept the right handlebar to slide over it and be bolted into place. I contacted customer service with these pictures and explained to them the issue that this could have been easily fixed. While it took them longer to respond than I would have liked (several days) they did respond and help me after some strong convincing on my part. I am happy to report they replaced the arm and everything works well now but they get 3 stars for making the process more difficult than it should have been. If you are limited on space or just want something to warm up on, this is a nice compact elliptical.
