A lot of people say use only genuine parts etc etc and I typically agree. If installed correctly this one works fine, installed and fit correctly. I’ve ran my boat a ton on this impeller and when I go to replace it next season I will update on how it has held up.

Kit fits perfectly in my Evinrude e-tec 30, 2015. All the parts are great quality, and it really pumps the water. It is somewhat easy to install and comes with easy-to-follow instructions. Functions great, fits perfect, great value.

The water pump I was replacing is on a 30HP Evinrude 1985 model Overall it was great... I did run in two issues the O-ring for the linkage for forward natural and reverse was why to large and was impossible to fit the linkage through. I even greased and heated the gasket and it would go through and I was afraid the linkage was going to bend out of shape (maybe I was doing something wrong so I will give a pass on that one..) I just used the gasket from the Old water pump problem solved... the second minor issue was the radius of the 6 washers were way to big and when installing the lower back the wide washed did not clear the housing. so again I just replaced the washer with the old water pump.... Overall I'm please my outboard is ready to go back out.

It's a complete kit for getting your outboard motor water pump operational. All that is additionally needed is sealants to ensure the joints don't leak once reassembled. Maybe silicon or even pipe joint compound

Installed on a '84 Evinrude 35hp. Contained everything needed to totally rebuild the Water Pump. Fit and Function as should be. Nothing more to add, as it was a good kit. Shipping was as promised.

Not a single o-ring in the kit was the correct thickness, if you want to struggle for hours trying to install your lower unit just to reuse the old orings then buy this kit.

I've put a couple hundred hours on these water pump kits across a few engines and never had a problem.

Shift rod o-ring too big for pump housing and too small for rod diameter. Pump inner metal linner not chrome polish as per OEM part. Pump housing water boot inside diameter better than OEM part, but brass guide sleeve outside diameter .003 of an inch too small ... So is being loose in pump housing! Most important of all, the pump rubber impeller is very similar to OEM part except for an over size inner diameter exeeding by a big .006 of an inch too big! Actual ID is .634 inch vs .628 inch for the old OEM worned part... This is unaceptable... Allthough once every thing assembled the tail tell show proper function of the pump, this is why i gave 2 stars! Now how long will it last without making any damage or failling?

Die schwarzen Gummidichtringe sind etwas dünn, können aber mit etwas Vaseline fixiert werden und dichten ab wie sie es sollen. Die 6 Gehäuseschrauben sind zu dünn, die alten müssen also wiederverwendet werden.

Passt perfekt für mein Johnson 30 PS. Habe mir direkt noch ein Kit als Ersatz gekauft. Daumen hoch. 👍
