Set of 4 Pelangi Handmade Rattan Dining Wicker Chairs Colonial Color w/cushion

Just got my second chair.I Had the first one for 5 months. Found it easy to move around where an extra (little ) chair is needed. I’m a medium to small woman, it fits me comfortably, but larger women or men would probably find it too small and might feel it is too fragile,I liked the first one enough to order a second one. It arrived today after a very long wait. The chair is very light weight, and comes in a really big box fully assembled. This time, when I saw that the box was broken open on one side with a mashed- in top, I was worried about the little chair inside. Even with virtually no packing material, there was no damage to the chair ! So the chair must be really well made.I think the chairs are cute, are easy to move, fit just about anywhere, style goes with modern & antique furniture equally well, the cushion is nice, but not very soft. Big people should probably choose something else.I still really like these sweet chairs. They mix well with my antiques and wood furniture, BUTI just ordered 2 more to make a set of 4.I got ONE of the two chairs I ordered , but was charged for both chairs in my order. For over a week, now I have emailed and had phone conversations with Amazon customer service and with the product seller attempting to get my second chair to complete the order. I have been told that the “policy “ is to send only part of the order to see if I like it before they will send the rest of the order (ALTHOUGH THEY CHARGED ME FOR BOTH CHAIRS !!) I have checked my orders page on Amazon. The order (2 chairs) indicates that the order has been delivered. There is no tracking number for a second chair. It appears that, as far as the seller is concerned, I have 2 chairs. Amazon says I should request a refund for one chair and then order again ; just one chair.I am suggesting to potential buyers of these chairs; if you want more than one chair, make separate orders with only one item per order. Pay for each chair order separately. Otherwise, you will encounter difficulties with this seller who insists that they want you to have only one chair at a time so that you can live with the chair in your home to .” Be sure you like it” before they will send you the rest iof your order.I have never heard of such a strange “ policy”, and neither have Amazons customer service operators with whom I have had phone conversations.

Unfortunately I had to return the chair because the color was not a fit with what I have. In pictures, even the ones taken by me, the chair looks darker.The quality is very good, it's sturdy and comfortable. It's a very nice design that I wanted to use for coastal style decoration.The seller is amazing, supportive, very quick at responding and handled the return outstandingly. Will definitely do business again if there is an opportunity.

Chairs arrived carefully wrapped and protected. They are light weight and somewhat small but surprisingly comfortable. Would not recommend for large people, but for our purposes they are perfect— beautiful and easy to move around the living room for guests as needed. Kudos!

No assembly needed for this lovely rattan side chair. It is lightweight, very comfortable and so far has been very sturdy. Because it is small and light weight it can be easily moved from one place to another, I love this chair!

I was hesitant to order furniture on line as I am not a frequent user of this format. I was very pleasantly surprised to see that they totally lived up to the picture representation noted in the advertisement! One cannot evaluate the quality by a picture so I was skeptical and somewhat afraid that they would not be sturdy or would be flimsy. They are not! The picture is a good representation of what you get. They are a bit ( not much) smaller than I thought and not quite as high as I would have wished BUT overall I am very satisfied with the quality, color, and overall total look of these chairs. They are a very good value for the money.

I purchased two chairs to place in a nook which is used for reading. The chairs are very comfortable to sit in for a long period of time. The chair color and design is quite attractive and the chairs are of a high quality. Would definitely recommend purchasing these chairs.

They arrived assembled, as scheduled, and were beautifully packaged. All we had to do was unwrap and tie the cushion on. There are a few imperfections typical of a hand made piece. Overall they are perfect for our breakfast room and we are very pleased with them. I would buy them again. I am only giving four stars for sturdiness because only time will tell, but they do seem sturdy.
