The weigt stacks says two160 lbs stacks. What is the weight at the handles?

If you're asking how much weight resistance you get it has a 2:1 weight ratio. So if you set it to 80 pounds you'll get 40 pounds resistance. Set it to 100 pounds you'll get 50 pounds resistance, etc. Nearly all cable crossover systems work that way. The reason is smoothness, travel of the plates, etc. Some cable machines are 4:1 where you get just 1/4th the resistance of the plates.

How much does it cost to upgrade the stacks to 210lbs? and can you buy them on amazon?

I got the upgrade plates from a seller on ebay for around $150. However I now believe I didn't really need them. Although technically this works as 2:1 weight resistance, meaning the weight resistance is supposed to be half what you set it to, it feels like more than that because of the way cable resistance works. The weight is always pulling away from you regardless of the angle you're lifting at and it's a different kind of feel and I can lift more in free weights than I can on this. I don't think these machines are the best option for compound exercises, the ones where you're going to use a lot of weight. It just feels strange. But this type of machine is great for isolation stuff.
