Truly an amazing product that I will highly recommend to everyone I know who are seeking effective and effortless window cleaning solutions. I got 21 window panels of 10 feet tall. Having them cleaned has been a headache until I found this product. It comes with a nozzle that spray cleaner during its operation. The cleaner will then be wiped away by the machine’s built-in cloth, leaving windows spotless. It goes even further by providing something like a little washer in the dock that cleans the cloth after you replace it with a new one, so that you don’t need to hand wash it. It is easy to set up and can start from anywhere on the window. The navigation tech allows it to automatically detect frames and cover the entire panel. No more ladder climbing. No more sweating. Absolutely worth the money!

I'm really impressed with this window cleaning robot! It was very easy to set up, and it cleaned my windows much better than I expected. It sticks securely to the glass, works efficiently, and leaves the windows looking spotless with very little effort on my part. It saves me a lot of time, especially on large or hard-to-reach windows. The build quality feels excellent, and it performs exactly as advertised. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an easier way to keep their windows clean.

This window cleaner blew me away with how well it works! We have many very large windows, and they were a real chore to clean. Getting someone in here to clean them would cost well over $2500. The Winbot W3 wirks well, is easy to use and leaves our windows spectacularly clean with no streaks.

Great machine. Has multiple modes for different levels of dirt. Returns to the start point reliably and easy setup. Definitely order more pads so you can do all windows at once. Even was able to go over small bird warning stickers without a problem.

It leaves streaks! I really, really wanted to love and keep this window bot. I used it on multiple windows, inside and out. I cleaned windows multiple times over thinking it was something wrong on my end. But when the sun shines through the window(s) at just the right angle you can see the back and forth wash lines and you can see the place on the window where the bot stopped at end of washing. If you are not as picky as I am you will probably love this machine, because for most of the day I don’t see the streaks on the windows and they look very clean. But for me, at this price point, I don’t want any left over streaks on the windows. I had to return it.

Do not buy this product right now. They are sold out of the cleaning solution on both Amazon and their own website. The solution it comes with only cleaned a few windows before running out. I tried ordering and using the off-brand solutions that are in stock through Amazon and they are more blue in color and more slippery of a chemical. They just make the tracks of the Winbot spin in place and it can't travel up vertically without being slightly pushed by hand. The tracks are clean, and when I switched back to the little bit of original formula I had, it started working again. So now I'm sitting here with a $700 paper weight. Too bad because it was working great till now and I really liked it. The only issue I had was that it came with two different versions of the cleaning pad (thick one and a thin one) and no one seems to know what the difference is or when to use which one.

I'm enjoying this. The self pad washer is a game changer. However, windows will need some touch up wiping, especially where it stops, to avoid spotting. I fully expect to buy future models as the technolgy evolves.

The Win-SLAM 5.0 smart navigation is incredibly methodical. It doesn’t just wander aimlessly it maps out the window and cleans in a structured, tight grid. The triple-nozzle wide-angle spray is the real magic here it shoots a fine mist that breaks down pollen, dust, and water spots before the pad even runs over them. It also senses frames and frameless edges beautifully, slowing down right at the borders to clean as close to the edge as possible.

Great robot to keep the windows clean, though has its nuances which I will go over. I was picking between this one and W2 Pro Omni, the main reason why I got this one was primarily the mop cleaning side of the station which seemed like a gimmick or like a rarely used item. In reality it is the most necessary feature with this robot. The thing is for the outside windows (I have floor to celling ones and live in front of a busy street) you need to clean the mop after each 2 window sessions which sounds annoying but this is what actually gets you the actual no-swirls result. The robot has 2 mops in total so cleaning is not an issue because you just take one off, set it to the deep cleaning (1.5 minutes) and in the meantime swap it with the fresh one. Though imagine doing it manually, at that point I would prefer to hire cleaners or clean the windows myself. As for the quick clean setting, that one is not as useful, I assume it is just for the interior windows which do not get as dirty. As for the cleaning quality I would say it is pretty good, though the robot is upkeep focused. From what I understand the idea is to launch it on all windows every couple of weeks and this actually accumulates the results, though it will not 100% clean the really dirty windows on the first pass (I used the Thorough Clean option, could have used the Deep Clean from the app, but found it later, the station only has this and quick clean). Though to be fair the stains that require multiple sessions actually require multiple passes on the regular cleaning too As for the capabilities, I have balcony with frameless glass and this one does quite well on it. Yes, placing it on the other side of the railing does not feel great on the first couple of sessions (I guess this is as good as it can get) though the robot does not get stuck and does pretty good job with edges One catch is the cleaning solution, the one that comes with the robot handles 6 floor to celling windows on both sides + balcony railings 8 4x4 feet railings for 2 cleanings. After that you would need to buy more Ecovacs cleaning solution which is not cheap, but cheaper than cleaners. So in summary, is it worth it? In my opinion yes. Expect that each cleaning would cost you some money because of the cleaning solution (around 30-35 cad/L, is discounted time to time) and that you would need to do ~2-3 cleanings (spaced out) to make windows spotless and then just run this one once per couple of weeks to maintain it. This ends up as the best cycle as windows look professionally cleaned all the time. Will the other cleaning solution work? Idk, other comments say that it does not, I did not bother to even try. For the charge: never ran out of more than 20% so plenry of room, cord length is more than enough, station suction (plan to keep the station on a plain surface) is good. Build quality is nice Hopefully it helps :-)

Soy amante de lo robots en el hogar y siempre estoy buscando lo más nuevo y eficiente, este me ha gustado muchísimo porque limpia muy bien los cristales y para mi sorpresa, realiza el trabajo bastante rápido , en los robots el tiempo es muy importante y se agradece que complete la limpieza muy rápido , la navegación es buena, se adhiere con seguridad al vidrio y deja excelentes resultados, sin duda ha sido una buena compra y uno de los robots más útiles que he incorporado en mi hogar, lo único que como sugerencia sería, que incluyeran un carrito o sistema de trasporte o llantas pues el equipo es pesado y para una mujer mediana como yo pues me facilitaría mucho moverlo de una recámara a otra o de un piso a otro . Por todo lo demás lo recomiendo

Wenn man viel Festverglasung hat, ist das Teil absolut empfehlenswert. Sicherlich muss man den Rahmen schon noch selbständig putzen, aber die Glasflächen sind schnell und ohne viel Aufwand sauber.

I bought this window cleaning robot hoping to make cleaning the10 ft windows in my condo a much less laborious task. The robot worked great inside and out. Keep the liquid reservoir full and cleaning is easy. Had a small issue with the cleaning pad wash cycle but Ecovac customer service immediately rectified the issue and has been great since.
