Buy it!!!
This the best camera for the money. Only gave it 4 stars because to get full potential, it needs a better cable like a 4 pin and to be hooked up to a matching very high end resolution dvr and monitor. Also to use it as front view or side view, dvr or monitor needs to have the feature of switching mirror image. This is not, not a negitive review. It provides a great picture quality to most common lower end equipment which max out to 920 1080P. This camera has a lot more resolution to offer. There's a 2 channel dvr with many variations of resolutions offered ,the highest is like 1260/1080p on Amazon for $70. It also has mirror image control. As for the high resolution monitor, I have one but it unbranded generic. After going the extra mile with higher end dvr and monitor, the picture clarity and quality is more than great! Now it has the WOW factor. Either way high or low end signal receiving equipment, I highly recomend buying this camera.

Excellent backup camera for day and night
I was a little skeptical of the night vision claims for this, but it really is a fantastic camera. The picture quality is crisp and clean, and the HDR works well for cutting out sun glare and for night vision. Easy to install, and the variety of install brackets feel solid and offer a wide range of install options.

Great Picture, Mounting Can Be Improved
Very pleased with the picture quality. The rear case appears to be glued (black rubber silicone) to the camera body. After a long drive I noticed the camera body danging by the wires and the rear case still attached to the license plate bracket. Snapped the rear cover back in place after adding dieletric grease at the wire penetration. Applied 1" heat shrink tubing from the lens to the rear cover so to keep everything together. Despite this hiccup, still impressed with day and night picture quality.

Good quality camera
Good quality camera, works as advertised.I use it as a rear facing cargo camera.The only downside, the picture frame rate is extremely slow in darkness.
