It works no complaint
Worked great for removing a scratch in a cylinder bore. Just follow it with the 220 grit for a clean finish

Fast shipping and good tools. Please remember that rating tool is very subjective. Now, couple these with a hammer drill on your honing tool and cut honing time to a third.

Works As Expected
I purchased the K-D Tools 2834 Coarse Grit stones to replace the existing set of stones on a K-D cylinder hone. The old stones were worn considerably and cracked in several places. Even though the tool is over 30 years old the replacement stones fit perfectly. All that was necessary was to tap out a roll pin on each stone, insert the new stone, and tap the roll pin back into place.

junk, honed 4 cylinders on a v 8 and the stones cracked and fell apart , what a waist of money

agressive hone
Be careful with these agressive honeing stones. They ar 100 grit versuses 240 grit that usually come with honeing tool. It will remove cylinder much quicker be sure to lube stone and cylinder before each use.
