At first it appeared that the design of the lid made it difficult to drink out of as the clear cover did not open very far.  However, after a while I discovered that it was possible to push it back further.  It would help if written instrucions about this, as well as clarity as to whether or not it can go in the dishwasher, would be useful.

    Not an easy container for ice tea

Note that this review is from an ice tea perspective only, and fruit or other flavor alternatives are untested.Overall I like this infuser. It's light, sturdy and easy to use. However, my main interest is to use it for iced tea (tea steeped overnight - better antioxidant value) and for that purpose, unfortunately, it fails to deliver.I'm grading this bottle high functionwise, but the cleaning is in some places hard even impossible, of the tea residue. The infuser part of the bottle has many holes in it, and cleaning all of those is really hard work. That's not optimal.However, the jelly part keeping the opening non-leaking is impossible to clean from tea residues (as the picture shows), and that's un-esthetic, even risking to be unhealthy I suspect.

Have owned this for a month or so and whilst cheap (looking also. The plastic with its flashlines isn’t great), it was proving itself to be a worthwhile purchase. However, the snap lid is flimsy and has cracked (and I’m very careful when handling stuff in general and like to think I take care of my items). And literally as of this morning, the seal has gone so it now leaks (to the point it drips large drops. Large enough to soak a section of my bag). Overall, cannot recommend. Spend the extra money and buy a nicer bottle.
