Hands down the best value for me. I always buy it when it's on sale. I've been taking this creatine for well over 2 years now. For me, I have no negative digestive effects. It doesn't taste like anything so that's a bonus, and since it comes in pill form, all you have to do is worry about swallowing it. I am 210lbs, 5'11, around 12% body fat, and I take 20g of creatine a day, not just for muscle benefits, but also cognitive benefits as well. With that being said, I do have to take a lot of these pills in the morning because 2 of the pills = 5g. If I could change anything about it, I wish one capsule would be equal to 5g as that is the standard dose that most people should be taking on a daily basis, regardless if they lift or not. Creatine is one of the few supplements in the world with decades of research and literally zero negatives. Just buy it.
