Does it shrink after washing and drying?

To the above answer from LeBag, I wash 100% polyester (this not is not fleece. The term is now used loosely. Real fleece is WOOL) in hot water and a hot dryer all the time with never a problem. To answer your question, polyester will shrink minimally over time.

is it comfortable in cold winter?

It’s very soft and comfy. In really cold weather such as the single digit temperatures we are currently enduring, I use it as an added inner layer under a light weight winter jacket.

The jacket has 2 interior pockets which have open slots at the bottom. Items are always falling out of the pockets. Why aren't the pockets sealed?

I also received the pocket without the bottom and do not know what it's used for. No response here gave me a sufficient answer and I am hoping to receive an answer to this question because WHAT IN THE WORLD WOULD I NEED A DEEP POCKET WITH AN OPEN BOTTOM???

I'm 6'4" 215lbs , xl or xxl? can anyone help me.?

I think this depends on your preference for fit. I prefer a bit of looseness in my outer clothing. I normally wear a Large for shirts and sweaters, but with these I returned them for XL so I can wear them over other layers. I'm 5'9" and 177. If I were you I'd be doing the XXL.
