A while back I needed to run a few cables across a black surface and some black sleeving meant they were kept tidy and almost disappeared against the black background. I now have a similar requirement but this is to run black cable on a white wall so thought this would be the answer. The snag is that it is not split so is only usable by feeding cable with no moulded plug or a very small and thin plug attached. I tried splitting some of the cable with a craft knife. It's not so easy and the end result is no good as the cable is too lightweight to hold its shape. I have given this item 4 stars as I guess that if there is a requirement to run a few bare cables and keep them together it does the job but the lack of a split does rather limit its applications.
