Stainless Steel Ceiling Fan with LED Light Indoor Remote Fan Chandelier Light Modern Silver/Blue Blades Fan, Quiet Mute Bedroom Living Room Fan Light (48in)

I am disappointed with this fan and I am returning for 3 reasons. This fan is not UL listed. I an not too excited about installing this in my home, especially in a child’s bedroom without UL listing. Secondly, the light diffuser is plastic. It looks okay out of the box but I am concerned it will yellow in time. There’s good reason most are glass. Lastly, there are no pull chain controls. This fan is operated exclusively by the remote. I want to be able to flip on a wall switch and have the light come on. I would be okay with fan control by remote but I want to be able to turn on the light by wall switch. I wrote the referenced email with questions but didn’t get satisfactory answers back. This fan is just not for me.

The fan itself looks pretty nice upon first glance, but there were a number of issues that I wouldn't expect to have for a fan in this price range. Specifically:- There are exposed screws that I would have expected to be covered with trim- The manual has a large number of typos and is poorly organized- The light shroud is made of painted plastic instead of glass. I'm not sure if the plastic is UV resistant, but it may yellow and become brittle over time. Also, it simply isn't as nice looking as frosted glass- Usually when a fan includes a remote its use is optional. This fan is missing pull cords so if you only use the wall switch then you are stuck with full brightness lights and full speed fan. Rarely do I want the fan running at full speed and it would have been nice to know before purchase that I would have to use the remote to change the speed- The wire nuts are undersized for the larger gauge wire that newer homes use so I had to use my own- The fan itself doesn't appear to be UL listed and I have this in my newborn son's room. I'd feel better knowing it is certified to not spontaneously combust or something

Great product but the wires are so short. We have vaulted ceilings and couldn’t use a longer rod like you could on regular fans. I like the LED lights but wish they could dim. They are really bright. I would return it but I had to hire someone to install it and it would be a pain to take it down.

I ordered two of these and one was defective, so I returned it. The third one I ordered (to replace the defective one) arrived quickly. The blue on the blades is great- matches my room perfectly! It was not incredibly complicated to install, according to my 21 year old grandson who did it.

I'm very pleased with this fan. The blue is a very pretty cover. I would buy this fan, again; perhaps, in a different color.

I really like the fan and it is nice and quite for the bedroom. I was missing one fiber washer for the blade screws. I find a couple things annoying about the remote. First is no battery and it is a not a standard size. Second the receiver beeps when it gets a command. No need for noise especially in the bedroom application I am using it in.

The lampshade was shattered in pieces and I was unable to buy the accessory for it. The product is difficult to find to try and replace the parts. Due to the Virus, they gave me the product but I couldn't do anything with it anyway so it was trash.

I received this item BROKEN AND NOW I HAVE TO WAIT TO RETURN THIS ITEM TO GET MY REFUND BACK WHEN I PAID IN GOOD FAITH UP FRONT AND EXPECTED TO RECEIVE UNDAMAGED. NOT MY FAULT THIS ITEM WAS BROKEN.
