When You Want To Taste More Bean & Less Roast :-)
Kenya is known to produce some fine coffee beans. Any dark roast increases the flavor of the roast and decreases the flavor of the bean (also decreases the caffeine content). Many prefer the deeper roast flavors, the producers of inferior beans can also hide amid deep roasts. My order for these beans was for a light (City-ish) roast. Also, the "peaberry" beans are able to be more uniformly roasted and enhance the roast quality potentials. My beans = are YUM!

Good beans, good roaster
Our favorite bean from our favorite roaster. Light roast brings sweet, delicate, floral notes and good flavor, moderate to high acid. Nice morning bean.

Don't buy this product, it's too good and I want it all for myself. Been through 15 lbs and I can't drink enough.
