I could write an incredibly long detailed review about the nutrient profile, ingredient quality, and value etc but it really isn’t necessary in this case. I’ve been using this exact multi for over a decade and to knowledge there isn’t a more complete multi vitamin pack with quality ingredients for even double the cost. Never had any issues with quality or packaging as well. Individual packs are always sealed securely and no pills are ever damaged. Seriously just buy it.

Very good, just too many horse pills. Almost, choked on them to many times trying to get them all down.

I have used this product for years with no problems however, recently after taking a partial packet I felt light headed and dizzy as if I was poisoned. I always keep activated charcole with me for situations like eating food that has gone bad because it binds to toxins to allows the body to safely remove the poisons from the body. As soon as I could I took the charcole and the symptoms started to subside over a period of a couple hours. I did not take the entire pack at one time so a couple days later took one of several pills that were left over from the pack and the same thing happened. This product should be reported to poison control for a thorough investigation. They have lost me as a customer and only hope that others can learn from my experience. I dont know if this is a one off tainted batch but the symptoms were severe enough to cause me to ban this product from my daily vitamine regimane. Be careful! I have 2 additional containers that will have to be tossed out or delivered to poison control so they can look into this.

I've been told to never buy a multi vitamin by a few different health doctors unless they do tests on them and most don't so you're better off buying separately and this vitamin pack is great and a really good price some of the vitamins are a little big and I know some people have issues swallowing large pills but other than that I definitely recommend

I've used this for a few months now and every time I try to find a "cheaper" replacement I'm disappointed. It's a vitamin so you won't feel much of a change immediately after taking it. It does have an energy boosting pill (red). You might feel that if you are sensitive to stimulants. Sometimes I omit the red pill if I'm going to take a preworkout stimulant at the same time. The combination of pills in one pack dose makes it easy. For about a buck a day, why not?

Great product, which keeps you running through the day. I only remove ENERGOFORCE tablet from my intake since I don't need extra taurine in my life. Probably will use them another day, when I need extra kick. Definitely great value for you buck. If you travel, you can easily transport it without a need to mess around with extra storage cases.

Fantastic product , definitely gave me a piece of mind knowing I was getting all essentials and more with this stack. Love the packaging and container that they come in because I can re use them as storage containers. The price point is one of the best I’ve seen for a vita stack At just over a $1 a day. Can’t beat that price for the benefits on your health and wellness !

I first ordered another brand that cost over $20 more. Those were excellent and I liked that the pills were smaller. Some of the pills in this pack are a bit bigger, but nothing like horse pills. No stomach issues at all and I feel they are doing what they are intended to. My goal is to boost my immunity system through good diet, gut health and now micro-nutrients. These fit the bill and so far I have been less sick since taking them. I will order again.

I am pretty happy with this product. I just take it to increase my sperm count and it makes me extremely horny and energized. The amount of b12 in it boosts my sperm count, fish oils increase my fluids, antioxidants give my little guys super mobility, and the other ingredients play a huge roll in my sexual fitness, there is lots of energy from one of the pills to make me enjoy my experience better. You feel great if you take it before a bike ride or exercise but you'll also notice an increased sex drive for which I take this for.

I'm doing my best to stay healthy and fit. I think these have helped improve my overall energy, and I think I put on some muscle without even trying to, and these were the only change to my routine. As mentioned, I like the peace of mind that having an all-encompassing vitamin pack claims to deliver, and I think these live up to that for the most part (though any vitamin or supplement is hard to track the actual benefits).
