Good product and good value
The ladder is easy to install and is very secure. The only shortcoming is it is not easy to fold when standing on the dock because there is nothing to pull on to get the lower half out of the water.

Photo incorrect
Incorrect photo. Hinge location of ladder I received is between 3rd and 4th step leaving 40 inches of ladder below deck surface with ladder up. Photo shows hinge between 1st and 2nd step leaving only 16 inches below deck surface when ladder is up. 40 inches is too much for my dock because it leaves some of the ladder in the water almost all the time. I would not have bought it if the photo had been correct. Sent it back. Too bad, since it is a nice ladder otherwise.
