OMyTea Hand Held Folding Fan for Women Peacock Chinese Japanese Oriental Asian Style - for Wedding, Dancing, Church, Party, Gifts (Green)

I knew when I bought it that this fan would be just a little smaller than what I wanted, but the design was spot-on enough that I got it anyway. The fan feels well-constructed, and the carrying pouch is lovely. With some practice, I got the fan to snap open nicely (you have to flick it rather hard, but maybe that'll ease up with more use). The fan doesn't really snap closed, though. Usually I wind up needing to use both hands to manually fold a couple tines, but that's certainly not a deal-breaker for me. Overall a lovely fan with vivid colors!

Couldn’t find my original post to edit it. First time I ordered, I was sent a completely different fan design. After the easy return policy, got the correct one on the second go around.It’s a nice hand fan for the price though.

I think it is silk and bamboo even though it feels like plastic.. I bought some in China at an old fan store and the bamboo was only slightly thicker. I have a black vintage bamboo fan and that one is definitely not plastic and looks different from these modern ones. I will have to be very careful using it because it is flimsy. For my limited use of the fan it is worth the money. But if you are looking for a fan you can really use to keep cool, this on a hot day, sadly this beautiful fan will not hold up.

I didn't want one of those really large fans - they are just so large that it is hard to fan your face. This is is functional and beautiful. Just right to keep on my desk for when it gets too warm.

So pretty and perfect size

Super useful and super beautiful to look at. I used it as a sports event in the summer and people kept asking me where they could get one based on the use and look of it. It is for personal use, not like the giant fans out there. It feels well made and I will certainly buy more from this company for myself and as gifts.NOTE: One small negative that wasn't worth dropping the rating for was that the peacock feather looks super dope, but it gets crumpled easily and eventually looks too ugly on compared to the rest of the fan, so you end up taking it off.

This product was more beautiful than I thought. It has very delicate gold looking paint on it. It's quite pretty. I bought this to extend my "peacock" spring/summer outfit that consists of a blue top and a peacock coloured dress. Thank you for providing this product! On those hot days, this'll definitely be a pretty little conversation starter!
