I have worked in a bakery for a number of years and have always wanted bakery style aluminum pans for my own home and these are definitely it. They are the perfect size to use in a standard oven and with proper care it is likely will be used for generations to come. I ordered them to assist in my holiday cookie baking and they have been such a great help. I recommend following the manufacturers care instructions and hand wash only because a dishwasher will remove the protective coating and shorten the life of these beauties.

Don't get me wrong. These baking sheets are a great value and worth the cost. W compared them to some older sheets (20 years old) and they are lighter. We also noticed after taking them out of a hot oven they can temporarily "warp" but will quickly regain their original shape. It's great to have a lot of baking sheets and these really do the job.

I bought these to use in my Breville Smart Air Oven, as it can not accommodate anything larger than 9x13". I have discovered that they are great for me to use as a mise en place tray when I'm preparing to bake, plus they are small enough that I can easily fit them into my freezer when I want to chill or freeze something temporarily when baking.

I used these in conjunction with parchment sheets so there was no cleanup, hello!!!I made gingerbread cookies for Christmas and I had an assembly line going, these along with the parchment made it very enjoyable and easy !!!

Great size, we already had full sheet and half sheet pan sizes, so this was the prefect size for when the half pan was just not big enough but the full was way to big. It looks real nice, and is easy to clean. perfect.

Best purchase I made. Not only to I use them to cook and bake...but they are great to use as trays to lay out food for parties

Very nice half sheets, heavy duty. I have to confess that I am not using them to bake with. I have them filled with watchmaker tins full of beading components. Great trays for the price.

This is a great deal for the price! Very sturdy. Doesn’t warp. Super easy to clean. Perfectly fits 11x16 silicone baking mats. I threw away all my other cheap baking sheets. Great for baking or roasting vegetables.
