Works better than electronic stud finders.

Now I understand why there are warnings advising parents not to let children near these. These individual magnets are about 3/4” tall and are wrapped with red plastic. I don’t mean wrapped in the package, I mean the magnets themselves. When I opened the box to remove each magnet it was difficult. The strength of these magnets holding on to each other was incredible. I worked at it and finally got them apart. I had purchased some suction cups with a hook to hang up notes.o Sometimes I don’t hear my iPhone playing a sound to remind me of an appointment, These suction cups would always fall off whatever surface I put them on. And no, even the flat surface of my refrigerator wouldn’t hold them up. Enter these rare earth magnets. I realized very quickly that these magnets would not adhere to the refrigerator. The door had an aluminum face which will not allow magnetic adhesion. What a dummy I was. I must have looked crazy running around the kitchen attempting to find a home for my magnets. I found out that these powerful little magnets would only work on the side of my microwave oven which renders it totally useless. Who is going to look at the side of the microwave to find messages? As of this writing I’m still attempting to find a surface to support these magnets. Am I sorry I purchased these three magnets? The answer is no. If I ever purchase an induction oven I’ll at least know which pots and pans are compatible with induction.. (If the bottom of pots and pans are not magnetic 🧲 it means they will not work on an induction oven.)

I have tried two other magnets for stop lock peg locks at work, neither worked very well. I decided to try these and I’m so glad I did. They unlock everything easily without issue, and are super strong. I wish there was a cap like the others I’ve tried, but it’s well worth just having one that actually opens anything I want, rather than struggling to open every other lock with a cruddy magnet.

These come in a plastic tube that looks like it was meant for one and they just dropped two more in there. The magnets are encased in plastic which means the loop is also plastic- I’ll have to see how it holds up to daily use. Would have preferred to have them encased in metal. The plastic edge around the magnet is a bit sharp and uneven so I sanded it down a bit. The magnets are really strong and pull when close to any iron-containing metal and snap/whack onto it when close enough. I’m concerned that the plastic loop may not hold up since it does take some force to pull the magnet off whatever it is stuck to. Will update after a few months.

Very strong little magnet but pricey

I’m disabled and after 8 spinal surgeries I can barely bend to pick up anything so I attached these magnets to my cane, my pick up stick and on my keychain via small carabiner and boy are they helpful. It’s not a day where I don’t say great things about this product and company. The carabiner one has 6 feet of keblar string to help me pick up things at the store as well. Has great strength up to 25lbs of pick up strength. If you are in a bind like I am don’t hesitate get them soon. Wish I could give them a tip on a product to enhance usability for us cripples.
