I just bought the 12’ dunhill fir tree and a whole starve of lights are not working. Are you able to send me a replacement tree or can I get a refund?

Lights on my 12' also not working and replacement bulbs - so many I had to buy the large pack of replacement bulbs - and even they don't fit. Waste of $$ buying prelit trees

It is described as fire resistant. It would melt instead of burning.

Did anyone else’s come with no lights? Ours came with absolutely zero lights, wires, etc. I paid for a pre-lit tree for a reason.

There were 2 trees you can choose from one with lights and one without. I picked the one with lights. Couple hundred more.
