Good, but more is not always more.
This author's book, Practical Aromatherapy is chock full of so much information that it is really a go-to book for me. I purchased this because I needed to know more about how aromatherapy affects us emotionally. Aromatherapy and Your Emotions is a good book and has great case studies, but you kind of need both books because some of the things she touches on in one book is missing in the other. I am disappointed that this book was made after the other book and yet she does not even include the chart that is in the first book for example. Worth purchasing, but do not overpay just because it is rare like I almost did. Wait until you find it at a decent price.

Shirley Price's Aromatherapy and Your Emotions
Wonderful volume filled with very helpful information and thoughtful discussion! She is one of my main aromatherapy teachers. This book will be extremely valuable to me for work on myself and with my clients. A treasure trove on essential oils and the emotions.
