Everything I wanted!
I have this in my bedroom upstairs. I’m a disabled person so I’m not quick on the stairs and getting and keeping drinking water available was always a problem and required cases of bottled water to frequently be brought upstairs by my son. Now he can bring up the 5 gallon jugs and I can insert them into the bottom of the unit myself. I love it so far! It does everything it says. I like that I can shut off the power to the heating and cooling components to save energy. No more water bottles, so I’m saving money and helping the environment. I’ve been wanting one of these in my room for a long time. I’m glad I finally got it!Update 12/18/2019: This unit is still working great and saving money and helping the environment. Worth the money!

Love It!!
My adult son, adult daughter and my 94 year old mother and I all have this water cooler and we love it. Primo brand water tastes good as does Poland Spring. Both brands of 5 gallon bottles fit this dispenser. It’s easy to load. Hardest part is picking up the bottle(s) and getting them home. They are heavy. Having this cooler encourages the drinking of more water instead of juice and soda and I don’t have to deal with tons of plastic bottles around the house or in the trash. There’s a red safety button on top to protect young children from the hot water. Hot water is convenient for tea and hot cocoa. Only thing that could make it better would be a company discount for buying so many.

Impressive customer service!
This is a great product and the customer service is awesome. Our first water cooler arrived with a latch on the door that wouldn’t stay closed. We called the 800 number and they immediately sent us a whole new water cooler! When asked what we should do with the defective one they said to just give it away. I’m happy to say that we gave it to our church to use at their community center and it is Really appreciated by all who are helped there. And now, more people are getting water coolers for their own homes. Great product and customer service!

Great, low cost water cooler
This is my first water cooler and it's been a great addition to my house. I usually buy a pack of water bottles weekly for around $4, but with this I refill a 5 gallon jug for less than $2 at the store. It's nice not having to lift up and turn the bottle upside down as in traditional water coolers; just plug the cap on and slide it in. The cold water comes out about 40 degrees F while the hot water is about boiling so it makes it easy to get a quick cup of coffee or hot tea without having to boil water in a kettle. My only wish for this cooler is that the temperature of the water was adjustable. I would like it to be just a couple degrees cooler so I don't have to grab some ice every time.UPDATE: After 6 months, I believe I now have a defective thermostat as the cold dispenser will sometimes not dispense any water which I think means it has iced up. If I turn it off for a while it will come out again. My solution thus far has been to use a smart plug which turns it on for only a few minutes at a time throughout the day. I called Primo and they offered to replace it for free without needing to send the old unit back. That's better than I was expecting so now I will have 2 units. I can just turn off the cold water on this one and continue using it as a room temperature or hot dispenser.

Appears used and motor runs even when door is open
The media could not be loaded. Update - Day2Check out the video..Started making loud, weird noises by itself. I am convinced it’s used and poorly refurbished (and most importantly not disclosed that it’s used). I am going to return it.Day1There are scratches on it, looks like it has been used before. Also, the manual says the motor will not start until the door is fully closed, however, it kept running and sucking water up while the dispenser door was open.Having said that, it is still value for money at this discounted price (plus a couple of free water bottle coupons). Also I don’t want to go through the pain of wrapping it, returning it, then unwrapping and installing the replacement etc, because at the end of the day water tastes good and the dispenser does it’s job.

Great product
I can not say enough good things about this water cooler. It does exactly what it says it can do. It takes up very little space and it has saved me tons of money. I was buying bottled water by the case on a weekly basis. But all those empty bottles were getting out of hand. The initial cost of the cooler was high, but so worth it. By not buying bottled water, I have saved more then I spent on the cooler. And the refills are super cheap too.

Cutting down on plastic.
I bought this to essentially stop the profusion if empty and half empty plastic water bottles in the house. Works great for water, although the initial bottle of primo water tasted old and stale. We refilled with a different brand at a different location and that is just fine. I have actually succeeded in making a cup of coffee using a Melita cup sized filter and holder. The coffee needs to be more finely ground than normal. I used Seattle's Best 6th avenue bistro. That worked great

Great value
We've had this for a few months now and it is the best thing we've decided to do. It's great not having water bottles half-full laying around the house. The kids fill a refillable water as much as they want. It has encouraged us to drink more water. It is ice cold!
