I use these elbow sleeves when cycling as I suffer with ulnar nerve entrapment. They are conferrable to wear and do ease the pain when cycling.

It's not great, but it works. I don't know what it's made of but it doesn't stay up very well, despite being really quite tight. The best thing about it is it is a good "length" (so doesn't cover my arm completely), and it's flexible enough that my movement doesn't feel restricted. The worst thing about it is whatever it's made of itches like HELL! I can't really wear it because of this. Far too itchy for something that goes against your skin.

Pretty good for the money.
