Unfortunately it was cracked. Beautiful piece , well worth the money, but they should do better with packaging. As you can see the box was empty of support. And I think they should mark these packages as glass or delicate, something that will show all to handle with care. Must be big loss to the seller.

Actually, -5 stars. Should have heeded other comments and reviews. Packaging was loose and thin with no padding to prevent the break. Also product was quite thin so contributed to an easy break. I was ill so the window of opportunity to return the item passed. Buh-bye $$$. These people are making a killing on the chance that customers won't take the time out to return defective and bad products

It was pretty color and very heavy and real marble for the price it would have been very nice if it hadn’t come broken in twice I must add that they tried to make it right by sending a new one quickly but that one as well was broken 😞 so now I have 2 broken ones But thank u for trying to make it right . I suggest more packing when shipping this item And that the only issue.

I didn't even remove the bubble wrap, it's a pile of rubble..kinda upset amazon didn't just ask for a picture & tell me to throw it away...I'd order a thicker nicer one, but I have zero faith it would arrive in one piece.. Edit: replacement came, and that's broken too... not worth time & money.. skip this.

One out of three marble pieces were pure white, the other pieces were gray and white patterns. Used for flat table surface of small appliances. One piece had very rough cut corner edge.

Beautiful cutting board; very sturdy.

First one arrived so broken, pieces projecting from the "window". Returned. This was in a larger box with a string of about 5 of the plastic "pillows". Problem is it was just random in the box; sure didn't protect the "bottom" of the box Second one arrived broken. Not sure if it's seller problem or Amazon's handling. This came in an exact fitting box; still broken in multiple pieces. Will do without.

I got this to be a background for product photos. It's evenly creamy, without a lot of veins, so I decided to keep it - it will work. However, it's not marble. It's some type of rock, it's got some mica type flecks in it. It's pretty. But it does chip, and the edges are not sanded/finished. I's pretty rough, and again, not marble. I do think it's ok for the price, considering real marble is much more costly. If you're looking for a sturdy rolling board, this may not work for you, it does flake.
