Good product vfm
The media could not be loaded. Item as described by seller, low noise pump. working good no issues. Value for 💰. I suggest replace RO membrane after sometime with DOW filmtec membrane will work like RS. 14000 RO. Just ok build quality please don't expect aosmith or blue star RO build quality at this price range.

This is a nice value for money product. They delivered ahead if time and installation is also quick. Customer service was responsive.

Cheap Product Costly Spare parts. Don't Buy this product. Company does not honor warranty.
This was the horrible experience. The product was working fine for a month. After a month the purifier stopped working. We called the authorized service person who charged INR250 for inspection and informed us that the problem was with SMPS. We called the company and they informed us that first, we have to write a good review over amazon before they replace the product. If we don't write a good review then we have to buy the spare parts even the product was under warranty. It was shocking. The customer care person asked for my mobile number linked to amazon account and asked me to share the OTP received from Amazon so that he can write a review on my behalf. This is a completely unprofessional company. Don't buy this product as they would not give proper after sales service. The annual maintenance contract is very expensive (INR 3000). Spares are very expensive too. This is a classic trap by selling product cheap they want to earn on spares and service. The company is not good at all. We can't trust such company for a daily essential like water. I am initiating a consumer complaint.

Aqua Ultra is Absolutely Ultimate
Very good product for this money, thanks to Amazon & Auqa Ultra for this service, they have upgraded few products like led UV instead of T5 tube, water overflow stopper ball.For my filter I found broken plastic stand for the motor, It's a transport damage, but I fixed with a glue. But product is nice.
