Just squeeze the yellow plastic tab at the top together and lift out. It may seems awkward at first, but you will get the hang of it. The new paddle will snap right in.

Will the scrubbers enable me to not have to manually brush the pool weekly?

Assuming your Zodiac cleaner is functioning correctly you have the correct chemical balance, and you are using something to kill/prevent algae, this will keep you from having to scrub the pool manually with the brush.

OEM Part. Didn't "snap" in on two

Replaced worn out brushes. Had the same problem others describe that they didn't snap in. I just stuck them in and put the unit on the bottom of the pool and let it rip. See if they stay in place. They do. Nice to have the positive click lock but apparently it is not required. MX Elite works great and the brushes have not popped out.

Perfect fit for my pool vac. Super easy to install. Great price compared to the pool supply stores. My advice is to buy two packs as you will go through these after a couple of seasons and then you just have them available.
