Hardened Like Steel, So Work Fast
This stuff really does harden like steel, and it does it pretty quickly, so have a plan and move fast once you start working with it. My exhaust flange had completely rusted out and split in half, so I bought an exhaust flange repair bracket and packed this putty all around the repair, including on the threads of the bracket. Once it hardened, that was it. Ain't no way this thing is coming off now. 😅 It was easy to work with, stayed where I put it, and gets seriously hard once cured. Just don't take your sweet time getting everything into position because it starts hardening pretty fast. For a rusty exhaust repair where I wanted everything locked together and sealed up, it worked exactly how I hoped.

Worked on auto muffler
Worked perfectly on several small holes and rusted seams on a car muffler. Most poor reviews are probably due to a lack of surface preparation. I used a wire wheel on a drill to prep surface to bare metal, cleaned with alcohol, mixed product thoroughly and had no problems. Several months later repair holding up fine.

100% impressed and satisfied worked perfect, hard as iron when setup
This was awesome, I used it on a metal outdoor firepit and it is still holding up. Easy to mix, sets up quickly and works like a charm Dried hard as iron and I'm certain you could easily drill a hole in it same as iron. 100% impressed and satisfied

Useful product
One of the feet on our electric skillet broke off. I first tried regular epoxy to reattach it; that quickly failed due to the heat. For a long time after that we propped the corner of the skillet up with a piece of wood--pretty crude and sub-optimal. I was about to give up and buy a new skillet when I found this product. It was easy to work with, and I used it to attach a small piece of angled steel in place of the missing leg. Works fine--so far it is standing up to the heat just fine, and the adhesion is good too. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 due to the way it's packaged. There's one single cylinder of product, with the resin on the outside and the hardener occupying the center of the cylinder. You cut off a piece and knead it to mix the hardener in with the resin. What this means is that the hardener is not completely separated from the resin inside that cylinder of product. In my experience with similar epoxy putties, over time the whole thing hardens up and you have to throw it away. I'd prefer to have to separate sticks of material that don't touch each other until I'm ready to use them. Don't let this stop you, though, this is nice stuff.

Repaired my exhaust with this! Saved me $$$
This stuff is great! I just used it to patch a cracked exhaust on our Toyota Corolla. I was about to invest 300 and parts plus an hour or two in labor. But when I inspected the exhaust closely from the Cadillac converter all the way back to the muffler. I noticed almost everything was in pretty good shape other than the one spot where there was a hairline fracture. Right after the joint, headed towards the muffler. On a whim, I decided to check on here to see what they had for muffler repair because I hadn’t been pleased with the local advanced auto had on the shelves. I found this and the JB weld muffler repair. I bought both, but I ended up going with this because I thought for my particular situation this would be the best. I’m glad I did. It was really easy to use. I prepped the area by wire brushing around the crack. And then using a rag with isopropyl alcohol to clean before applying. Wasn’t sure how much to use, but I put on a pair of latex gloves and cut approximately half the product to use. I mixed it with my hands while wearing the gloves until it was a uniform color and then I applied it to the crack all the way around the muffler. It was easy to apply and mold into the shape I wanted. It was only like 40° outside, so I propped up a heat gun from a distance and let that hit it for about an hour. After that, I didn’t start the car until the next morning but when I did, it sounded perfect again! So far I’m really happy. I haven’t driven the car much yet so I will keep the review updated. But so far I’m very pleased and hopeful based on other reviews. In my case, I would rate this an incredible value for the money!

Good product but don't temp it's heat resistance too much.
Sets up hard as a rock, will stick to itself. As for it's uses it burned and cracked on my exhaust it's not rated hot enough for anything near the engine and I wouldn't use it for half the things it claims. Stinks really bad when it burns I don't recommend breathing it in. If you need this for anything you think is gonna be hot go for the higher temp one JB weld makes it as well. This is a good adhesive brand overall. This one just didn't do the job I needed it to.

What is this sorcery ??? get it
wow. best thing ever. i dont know how i am going to remove this when the time comes.... but i will deal with it then lol. this thing works when NOTHINGGG else works. I use this for a couple of different things, certain switches (again the wall) or extension cords again an upward surface. 3M velcro adhesion only for for a short period of time because the heat from the extension cord will loosen the adhesive then the extension cord will begin to fall/tilt. the clear, thick adhesions do the same thing. This high heat epoxy thing turns into rock hard and doesn't melt. I use some blue/green tape to hold it up for 12-24 hours or longer and then once i remove the tape, the extension cord will not budge. like i said, i dont know how i am going to remove it... but i will deal with it then. highly recommend. I need to try this on something outside lol
