People are mentioning this kit is missing the adjuster to keep the hood from hitting your nose. Where can I buy that piece?

I simply put a 6-32 through the side where I wanted it to stop!!!

Is this addapeter good for any welding helmet?

They work on any helmet I have 8 helmets 4 different brands it works on all only problem I had was they don't tight good on a heavy helmet

Does this come with plastic washers?

Comes with everything you need except hard hat which just buy one here with the quickloc already on it i believe it has plastic washers but i use the metal side lugs from outlaw leather

Will this fit any of the lincoln electric welding hoods?

It should fit fine,works perfect for all my welding hoods and face shields
