Not a quality product, pre programming not installed
This emergency phone is cheap garbage. The soldering on the boards are weak, the phones are absolutely not pre-programmed to call 911, the instructions are a joke, the customer service is horrible and program yourself instructions will not work.Bought 3 of these phones separately, not together in one order, not one works properly, none are pre-programmed to call 911. The customer service guy told me they must have become de-magnetized. Sure, all of them ordered and sent from your home/business by a delivery service of your choice, magically became de-magnetized and this happens to no one else... ever.The guy was an @$$ho]e and attempted to make my supervisor and I feel like we were the problem, apparently his Chinese made product is amazing and without flaws other than not working the way it is supposed to work.Bottom line:Buy it and be prepared to take it apart to program it yourself. Be aware that the soldering was done by an infant or someone with absolutely no idea what they are doing. It could have been the customer service guy.

Pretty cheaply made
The phone is cheaply made. There is no rj11 port on the back but instead just a wire hanging out from inside the phone. The word emergency is not printed on the phone but stuck on with stickers some of which were misaligned and would still move against the surface. For the price I recommend maybe a different phone.
