Didnt feel any major energy boost per say but does give a good refresher when you are exhausted or after extensive activity as it has electrolytes. Any day better than Gatorade and other similar useless products.

Careless. Sent me green apple instead of guava.Product is also quite okay and personally not recommended. MB isotonic is way superior to this product.

It really helps me to restore energy during workouts. I really like the taste too. But I would like to see if it really works in the same manner in the long run

Its absolutely value for money...1kg for 399/- gives instant freshness...too good after any kind of workout or for working womens / homemaker womens ...loved this guava flavor..tastes like real guava juice 👌
