The optics are great and it is easy to use. Only issue I have is that the case is too large for my i phone, so I need to use strips of foam padding to hold the phone securely so the i phone camera lens is centered over the eyepiece. I would suggest design an 'accordian style case' that can expand and contract and lock to securely hold phones of different sizes. The optics are great and I can take good pictures with the attachment, though I would prefer the image to be rectangular rather than circular, similar to what one would get with a conventional microscope camera--that may be just an artifact of where the camera is attached, however. & is a minor issue. Great for storing and remembering interesting pathology cases.

This is an inexpensive way to take photomicrographs with an iPhone, esp using old microscopes without modern adapters like my Zeiss Photomicroscope 2. It is essentially an adapter for the entire iPhone with a quality eyepiece. The photo quality is excellent. Color balance is off sometimes, but easily correctable with Photoshop or other photo editors. One caveat: I had a case on my iPhone which is not easy to remove. I had to get a different case which was easier to remove. Otherwise I was afraid I'd damage the iPhone from twisting.

Works as advertised on a B&L stereomicroscope. Expensive but the optics are excellent. EGP

Installs in seconds. Photos sharp. I zoom into image to about 50% (halfway on the slider, gets rid of vignette dark borders) to get the most accurate size resolution for the objective lens. Wonderful, well-made clever product that simplifies microphotography with complete ease! Thank you, iDu!
