Let's start with the taste because wow - they taste like candy! This is probably also one of the reasons I end up taking more than I need! There are two things I love about this product, okay 3 including the taste. 1) it has 4 different B-vitamins where other products only have 1-2 in their product. 2) This supplement contains L-5-MTHF, a form of B-9/folate which is key in helping your body absorb the vitamins. I can FEEL the difference in my mood and feel more energetic shortly after I take a pill. Last, since they just dissolve in your mouth, they are super easy and convenient to take.

I was about to need some more B vitamins, and I saw these when I was ordering some SuperBeets. I got them today, and when I took one, you don't swallow them, they just melt in your mouth? Bonus is they taste really good, kind of sweet. Cool product, and it definitely still give me the B energy boost I was looking for. Good find.

Great ingredients. Easy to use. I like the results. Wasn't crazy about the barely filled (too large for the product) bottle or I'd have given 5 stars.

These B-Complex are easy to take as they melt in your mouth and taste good too. My only concern is they do not smell or taste like a vitamin, they taste sugary. I hope these are not just a sugar pill being marketed as a vitamin.

I got these because I had a vitamin B deficiency. After taking them for a few months I had my levels retested and they are back to normal. I let it mostly dissolve under my tongue before swallowing, and the flavor is good.

Vitamin B may hold a key in preventing Bell’s Palsy. So a quality Vit. B supplement is critical. I’ve known at least three coworkers who contracted Bell’s Palsy. One contracted it bilaterally during the third trimester of her pregnancy and it did not go away.

The pills taste ok, don't notice much in the line of more energy, but everyones body is different, probably wont order it again

This product is great!! I've found I have more energy and stamina during the day. I am currently using 3 HumanN products and I can tell you that all three have are doing what they stated they would do.
