Sometimes you get a bad one
Bought on 16th Sep and no(10th Oct) the bag is not heating up.. return window is closed.. one year warranty is given.. hence request supplier to replace free of cost

Waste of money. Does not work.
only reason I bought this is bcoz it looked bigger than some other pads. Big mistake. Product is totally useless. Does not work. Not even in the highest (No. 2) setting. Only the light burns when it's switched on but no other indication that it works. I had terrible lower back pain the other day and tried this - it was on for over 40 minutes and didn't exude even the slightest bit of heat / warmth. You're much better off using an old fashioned hot water bottle, as I did ultimately.
