Great Water! Awesome customer service. FLUSH PRE FILTERS DURING INSTALL. Can recycle drain water.
We recently installed the iSpring RCC7AK reverse osmosis water filtration system, and we've been very happy with it. The installation was straightforward, but it's worth taking your time and carefully following each step. We did run into one issue because we went back and forth between the YouTube installation video and the manual and overlooked the step of flushing the three pre-filters until the water ran clear before connecting the RO membrane. As a result, the RO membrane became clogged, and the system wasn't functioning properly. I reached out to customer support, and Laurence provided outstanding service. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and guided me through the troubleshooting process via email. He even sent detailed video instructions on how to check the tank pressure. Once we determined that the RO membrane had become clogged during installation, Laurence promptly express-shipped a replacement. After installing the new membrane, the system has been performing exactly as expected. With our water pressure at 65 psi, we're seeing a wastewater ratio of approximately 2.5–3:1, the flow rate is excellent for filling bottles, and the water tastes noticeably cleaner and fresher. It's reassuring knowing we're drinking high-quality filtered water every day. One modification I made was adding a tee fitting and shutoff valve to the 1/4-inch drain line. This allows me to divert the wastewater into a bucket for watering plants or simply close the valve and have it drain into the kitchen plumbing as originally designed. It's a simple addition that gives us the flexibility to reuse the water instead of letting it go down the drain. If you're looking for a reliable reverse osmosis system backed by exceptional customer support, I would definitely recommend the iSpring RCC7AK. Thanks again to Laurence for going above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved.

Excellent System, Easy Install
I've had this system for almost 3 years now and wanted to report it was an easy installation, easy to follow instructions, and has provided great tasting water for us the last few years. Recently it did develop a slight drip from the faucet valve so I reached out to see if I could purchase a replacement valve. Talked with Sean from ISpring customer service and although they did not have replacement valves, he promptly sent me a completely new faucet assembly to install, for free, even though the system was outside of the warranty. He was great to work with and resolved my issues at no cost, which was unexpected. Thank you and ISpring so much!!!!

Fantastic, hands down
I’ve wanted one of these filters for years now, once I learned a bit about the chlorine, fluoride, and microplastics in my tap water. While my wife and son drink water from our Brita pitcher, I normally would just drink from our kitchen sink where the water isn’t as cold and not as painful for my sensitive teeth. I drink about two pots of coffee a day, take 1/2 gallon of water with me to work each day, and drink probably another 1/2 gallon per day while I’m home. It’s a lot of tap water! When I first discovered these filters, we were renting an apartment, so it didn’t seem worth the effort to install. Once we bought our house, there were a million other things to spend money on first! 2.5 years since we moved in, a solid Black Friday sale coupled with our wedding anniversary finally made this purchase happen. I ordered it at 11:00am this morning, and it was at my door before 2:00pm same day. I ended up installing the filters in my basement, directly underneath the kitchen sink, to save some space. The water tank is under the sink, for now (I may also move that to the basement). Having the filters in the basement made the install a bit slower, having to go up and down the stairs a bunch, but all in all it took me about 2.5 hours to install. I needed a drill to mount the filter rack to the wall, but other than that the only tool I needed was a pair of channel locks. The process was straightforward, and there was no point in time that I was confused as to what my next steps were. The only thing that tripped me up was the reverse osmosis filter itself, but that was only because I didn’t fully seat it in its housing at first. Once I fully popped it in, the housing cap screwed on, no problem The push-to-connect fittings are very easy to work with, and I had no leaks once I brought the system to pressure. There’s even an included auto-stop valve that’s supposed to detect leaks and shut off the water automatically, which is a great peace of mind. The instructions direct you to visually check the install each day for the first two weeks. I’ll be doing that, but knowing that auto-stop is on there still makes me feel much better about things (I’m an electrician, not a plumber lol). Not wanting to use the drain saddle, I ran my drain line directly to the utility sink in my basement. I didn’t plan for it, but being able to physically see water leaving the drain is a convenient way to be able to tell if the system is actively filtering water in the moment, or whether the tank is full The water tastes great, better than the Brita in my opinion. I bought the version that has the Alkaline filter final stage to remineralize the water for taste, and I’m happy with that decision. Highly filtered water often tastes bland, but that’s not the case with this unit. I could fill up a bottle for some fancy spring water with this stuff, and I doubt anyone would notice there’s a difference Product quality seems solid, and the reviews lead me to believe it’ll all hold up for years to come. The faucet is a little wobbly, but I understand it can’t be too tight without risking failure. The flow rate from the faucet is perfectly adequate for a glass of water, too. Not as fast as the tap, but that’s to be expected. Tomorrow it’ll get put to the real test, when I fill up my 1/2 gallon water bottle and brew a pot of coffee. The reservoir tank supposedly holds 2.6gallons though, so I don’t foresee any issues. The rest of the family wakes up hours later, and the tank will no doubt be refilled by that point. On initial startup, the first tankful took about 1.5 hours to fill up. Per the instructions, I then poured that first tank out, presumably to remove any potential manufacturing contaminants. That waiting game for the first good glass of water was probably the hardest part of the whole install I’ve wanted one of these things for years. I finally purchased and installed one today, and I’m incredibly happy with the end result. I wish I did it sooner, but the next best time is today, right? The company seems to stand behind their products in terms of warranty and returns, and at such an attractive price, there’s really not much risk in giving this filter a shot in your home. I think you’ll be as satisfied as I am!

Great system, easy to install, amazing support
I am very satisfied with this system. Installation was simple and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The quality of everything with system is also very good, feels very durable and like it will last a very long time. The water coming out of this system seems very clean and tastes great! the water flow from the included faucet is good, faster than what my fridge water dispenser puts out. Overall I'm very satisfied with this purchase! Had a couple questions during and after installation that Robert at support was very helpful and super fast to get back to me. I don't really expect that type of customer support from the majority of companies anymore, but the response time and knowledge and helpfulness were really above what I've come to expect nowadays, very nice to see and made me more confident in the decision to go with this system.

Good unit, easy to install.
These RO units are generally all the same you just have to pay careful attention to how the tubing connects to the various places on the unit. The hardest part is probably drilling the hole through the countertop, if you don't already have one. I find the tank to be a necessity, otherwise the water comes out very slowly. I gave this particular unit a 5 star rating because everything came with the unit, great price, water tastes good, nothing was left out, and the directions were clear and straightforward.

It works once correctly set up!
Why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 “It's a highly effective system that delivers exceptional water purity, backed by stellar overseas tech support—though you may have to navigate some initial technical hurdles and lackluster US-based phone customer service.” The Setup & Water Pressure Crucial Facts If you are considering this system, pay close attention to your incoming water pressure. The Pressure Drop: The system requires at least 45 PSI of incoming pressure. Be aware that you will lose about 6 to 9 PSI just passing through the Stage 1 to Stage 3 pre-filters before the water even reaches the RO membrane. The Waste Water Reality: If you cannot maintain the optimal 70–80 PSI, expect a massive amount of waste water. Installation: The instructions and installation process are not overly difficult. However, a major tip for success is to read the manual completely from beginning to end before you start assembling anything. Do not over tight the housing units, nothing leaked on my installation. I suggest adding pressure gauges on the tank , between booster pump and RO membrane. The Booster Pump & Technical Hiccups: To achieve optimal filtration performance, adding a booster pump between Stage 3 and the RO membrane is highly recommended. I paid an extra $100 for a new head configuration with free shipping, which was perfectly reasonable. My journey with the pump had a rocky start: The First Attempt: The first shipped head/pump assembly was incredibly quiet (you can barely hear it running on a standard 110V outlet), but it suffered from massive pressure spikes well over 100 PSI. This is a major safety hazard for a hose system rated for only 90 PSI. The Solution: Out of frustration, I was ready to pack up the entire system and return it. Fortunately, a replacement head and pump assembly was sent out, and the second unit works perfectly. Performance & Water Quality (Well Water Test) Once dialed in with the working booster pump, the efficiency and filtration capabilities are incredible. Efficiency: The system achieves an impressive 1:1 ratio (one gallon of pure water to one gallon of waste water). TDS Reduction: My source is heavy well water that already passes through a chlorinator, sulfur aerator, carbon filter, and water softener. The iSpring system stripped the remaining Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) down from a high 870 to an incredibly clean 56. Customization Note: The system came with a remineralization filter, but I removed it. If you prefer a crisp, pure water profile without a distinct mineral taste, the system functions perfectly without it. Customer Support: A Tale of Two Teams This is where the experience gets interesting. The support you get depends entirely on who you talk to. The Bad (iSpring US Phone Support): Unhelpful and indifferent. The representatives I spoke with over the phone showed zero interest in answering questions. One agent sounded like he had literally just woken up from a nap, offered no troubleshooting, and simply told me I had to deal with Francis. To make matters worse, they couldn't even provide a phone number for him. The Great (Francis - Overseas Tech Sales Support): Francis is the saving grace of this company's support division. Because Francis is based in the Philippines, the time zone difference means a strict 24-hour delay on email replies. However, the quality of service was top-notch, efficient, and ultimately solved my hardware issues with the replacement pump. Final Verdict Despite a frustrating middle phase with a faulty pump and useless US phone support, I am ultimately very happy with the system's performance. It turns harsh well water into pristine drinking water. Ultimately, a deionization resin filter will completely drop TDS to 1-2! Advice to iSpring: You need to seriously revamp your US domestic phone staff and hire more people with the competence and dedication of Francis!

Quality product, Great warranty and tech support
I installed this in our motorhome. Second RO I've had and it was pretty intuitive. I placed it on our wet bay in case anything were to happen (as with water, it eventually does). I did a splitter so we can access water outside as well. Since we're @ rv parks, I also have a big sediment filter at the hydrant to help preserve my system given water quality varies park to park and is usually hard well water. I also have a household water softener before the RO. After almost a year of flawless performance/taste I still haven't had to change any filters. However, the lead clear filter casing lost it's integrity (formed a crack near and over the threads) and began leaking. I reached out for help and... Nick came to the rescue. He was very professional and responded quickly; sending a replacement housing. I wonder if they've changed housing styles/suppliers as the replacement wasn't a quick switch of the clear canister; I had to replace the head (which came with the replacement canister) as well which took more effort as it required removing the bracket from all the canisters, replacing the head and reassembling but it wasn't difficult - took about 30 min. As always, be gentle with screws going into plastic... (use a hand screwdriver...) Works great again and I look forward to many years of service.

★★★★★ Outstanding RO System and Exceptional Customer Support
I recently purchased the iSpring RCC7AK Reverse Osmosis System and have been very impressed with both the product and the customer service. The installation was straightforward, the system produces great-tasting water, and I especially appreciate the alkaline remineralization stage that improves both the taste and quality of the drinking water. The water is noticeably cleaner and tastes significantly better than our previous filtration setup. While the faucet included with my system unfortunately arrived with a manufacturing defect and leaked from the handle area during the initial installation, what really stood out was how iSpring handled the situation. After contacting customer support and providing details of the issue, they responded quickly and immediately arranged for an expedited replacement faucet without any hassle. Special thanks to Nick for his professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Defects can happen with any product, but the true measure of a company is how they respond when something goes wrong. In this case, iSpring exceeded my expectations. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the RCC7AK system, the quality of the water it produces, and the outstanding customer support behind it. I would confidently recommend this system to anyone looking for a reliable reverse osmosis water filtration system. Thank you, Nick, and thank you iSpring!

Great system, happy customer :)
Very happy with my purchase, system works well and haven't any issues with leaking, water pressure etc. Love the "taste" of water, so pure compared to my regular kitchen tap. Hopefully it will help me to get rid of my skin issues that I have been experiencing due to poor quality in Perth, Australia. Edit: THIS Filter has saved my skin!!! I have managed to get rid of my extremely bad eczema which no cream / ointment could heal. 3 year update - still love the filters, I don’t drink any other water than my filtered water. It tastes great and has healed my skin! My filter housing broke before Christmas and I freaked out as I can’t be without it! i reached out to iSpring and they were fantastic to deal with! Shoutout to Francis, your help is much appreciated! Best system out there if you have digestion or skin issues! Thank you

Best Investment for Healthy Drinking Water
We’ve been using the iSpring RCC7AK system for a few weeks now, and we are genuinely impressed! The installation went smoothly, and the components feel high quality. Big thanks to Nick from the customer service team — he was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the registration process. One of the most impressive things: we’ve been using filtered water from the system in our glass electric kettle every day for two weeks — and there is absolutely no limescale at all. Not a trace. This alone is a sign of how well the system works. The faucet looks great and works perfectly, and the tank provides more than enough water for our daily use. Highly recommended! Thank you again, Nick — you’re doing a great job!

If you can put a price on health, it's the cost of this unit.
REF; RCC7AK 6 STAGE RO SYSTEM: Firstly, I would like to say that the customer service at iSpring is exceptional - Francis to be specific. I had a very minor issue that did not scare me away from this product nor create any annoyance re. installation. Francis quickly contacted and helped rectify a very minor issue I had, following up with me to try and rectify the issue asap - thank you Francis! Packaging & instructions/fitting: The box arrived well packed and packed so well that I would not expect damage during transit. Each item was in its own box and had very little movement. The items came out of the box easily and had no damage. Well packed. The instructions for the assembly and fitment were very detailed. If self-fitting this unit, you probably have some kind of idea about what you are doing so you may not need to use the instructions as gospel, but they do provide a very well detailed and easy to follow assembly instruction. The flow diagram was welcomed too. A nice quick reference guide to hosing. This helped me more than the instructions - I find visual instruction easier than detailed description instruction. Whether you work in fluid engineering or fancy the DIY challenge, the instructions supplied will certainly allow you to install with ease. It took me about an hour to install and commission/leak check. The unit (although it looks rather large) fits very easily inside of my 900mm wide cupboard. It even allows for space around the filtration unit and the reservoir for placing filter spares etc. It certainly surprised me with how well the unit fits inside of my cupboard. I expected to assemble it, offer it up to the cupboard only to find it was too large to fit and then need to send it back… but I could fit two RCC7AK 6 Stage systems inside of my cupboard. Perhaps it opens scope to add further filters elements onto this system in the future… Filters are easy to change. This unit comes with a filter housing removal tool to provide leverage on the housing. Install the filtration system above the base of your unit to allow ease of filter change. There is a detailed commissioning instruction near the end of the instruction so please do follow this for the correct initial start-up procedure to purge the pre-osmosis filters (ensuring you do not put carbon deposits into the RO (reverse osmosis) membrane. Supplied parts: During assembly, I happened to think to myself 'a 90 elbow fitting would be perfect here'... they had thought of that and supplied multiple fittings! More than I needed. The length of piping was perfect. I used about half of what was provided - even with a drain line that extended far down the waste pipe into the next cupboard (install horizontal and away from the u-bend trap to eliminate a dripping noise and potential backing up of sink waste into the drain-line in the event of blockage). All parts supplied fitted my standard UK kitchen (15mm comp / 1/2" BSPP) but I did use some PTFE between the threads just to seal them as the thread form is NPT and my kitchen is BSP (thread angles are slightly different and therefore do not mate perfectly). I have had no leaks in the week I have had fitted. Taste/Testing: The taste is incredible. It tastes pure and clean. No tang or bitterness. It tastes purer than the purest bottled water I have tasted. I will now avoid drinking water that has not been through my RO system. Bottled water at a push! I have (glass) bottles stored in the fridge filled with my RO water. Bottled water is nice... but iSpring RO water is second to none. I agree with another review here that I fill my bottle with this water and take it everywhere I go. See the images for the testing. I believe that these images speak for themselves. Obviously, the RO water cannot be TDS free due to the remineralisation process but down to 47PPM from 435PPM is an incredible job and there is a clear difference in the ‘clean’ taste even between RO water and bottled water. This is evidence enough that the water is truly forced through the osmosis filter. Alkalinity of this water is slightly higher (TAP is 7.66pH, BOTTLED is 8.70pH *Sometimes artificially raised using Bicarbonate of soda, RCC7AK RO is 9.72pH). Yes, I did calibrate my pH meter prior to use! I am yet to perform some detailed research into the difference a higher pH water provides but brief research suggests that it is easier for the body to consume. I will take higher pH being better for the body at face value at this point for this review. Overview: I would suggest that this unit is installed in every home for the sake of reducing the number of chemicals that are consumed through water. At the very least, bottled water should be consumed. Avoid tap water! For the small cost (yes, the cost of this unit is relatively low) this unit is 100% worth purchasing. Fitting is easy, it comes with a nice outlet for the water, water tastes incredible, and the customer service is outstanding. Every home should be fitting one of these units. And whilst you are at it... consider stopping using fluoride containing products such as toothpaste and mouthwash. Use fluoride-free alternatives. I have personally noticed positive differences with regard to dental/mental health. BUY the iSpring RCC7AK! – I was not provided any incentive to leave this review. All opinions are from my experience of using this product!
