Constructions of Deviance: Social Power, Context, and Interaction 7th Edition

This is an excellent book for anyone taking a social or criminal justice deviance class. It wasn't overly technical but was thorough enough for each topic to be fully covered. The set-up of the book was also very easy to follow with chapter titles aptly describing what was contained therein. Highly recommend.

I rented this textbook for a Sociology class. This book was in great condition, and I thoroughly enjoyed the class. Amazon textbooks are cheaper than renting from the University where I attend. I will be using Amazon again for my textbooks in school.

The five star rating was earned because the book arrived at the front end of the expected date and was exactly what I required. It is a current edition that had only a few minor issues such as a creased front cover. Everything else was perfect! Appreciated the great service!

Doesnt have the references or defintions in the back of the book so you can look it up faster but good read.

Very boring book. Articles are ambiguous and poorly translated. Instead of clarifying theories, it makes them more vague. Very good for Sociology Majors. Provides articles written by researchers and gives concrete examples.

Great book for one of my sociology classes! The book came in perfect condition and was about $40 cheaper than what my school bookstore was selling it for.
