It does what it is supposed to do and it gets more iron in my system.The bottle has a retro shape / vibe that is pretty cool.The pills are kind of large though so I’d always have water on hand.

This are an absolute must for me. I am borderline anemic on a good day. Recently I was removed off my IUD after 10 years and have had 3 severe periods in less than 2 months. I became severely anemic and have had absolutely no energy. I started taking these and instantly noticed an increase in my energy pretty fast. My iron levels appear to slowly be improving, but it will take a few weeks to get them back up to normal. The one downside of this is the weird back of throat taste but just chewing some gum after helps a lot.

These apparently work because my anemia has improved, but they make me burp really bad, and it tastes like melted plastic dipped in garlic. It’s revolting and takes HOURS to go away.

I've had low iron for a while and I've been wanting to get iron supplements but they tend to be pretty pricey. When I saw this on the list for products to choose for Amazon Vine reviews ... I jumped right on it. And I'm so glad I did! I will continuously buy this product. I do feel a little more energy and just overall good mood after taking this iron pill. I have IBS and I've noticed it's helped with that too. Yeah you're still might look a little different at first but at least you're getting some stool out of your gut if you get me haha. They're definitely not good tasting... But what supplement is? You just swallow it so it's not like it lingers in your throat or on your taste buds. I have made sure I've taken it with food every time, and I've not getting any nausea from it. I haven't tried taking it on an empty stomach but common sense suggests that's probably not the best idea.. I don't do that with any other vitamin or supplement. I am definitely pleased with this product but I don't have any comparison to other products because it's my first iron supplement. I'm just very pleased with this and don't plan on changing to a new product anytime soon. Give it a try! I know I'm glad I did!

I had to i crease my iron because I had been intaking alot of green tea which has a tendency to lower iron and my hair was starting to thin.The suppliment works great and my hair has started growing back in along with using Fortify'd Naturals growth elixir and oil.

I have been taking two a day for a few weeks now. How to tell if my iron and ferritin levels have increased but I can update when I get my test next time. It does give me some stomach issues so I take extra vitamin C with it.
