Can the frame be removed from this mirror and if so, what would the depth and weight be? Also, is the mirror wired for 12v or 120v?

It may be possible to remove the frame. However, doing so may damage the rest of the case and possibly render the infinity mirror inoperable. The overall depth of is approximately 2-3", though we cannot say for certain how much of that space is occupied by the electronic components, as we have never opened one up. It is wired for a standard 120v outlet.

can you see your reflection with the lights on?

Very very faintly. I had to hold my hand close to the unit to get a very faint reflection.

Does it change colors?

No, but you could easily switch out the l.e.d.s for a single or multi color strand that you can control
