Best tasting
I bought this to make the Liguarian foccacia bread from Samin Norsit's cookbook Salt Fat Acid Heat. Turned out amazing. No bitterness, light and delicious oil! Wish it were less expensive but for special occasions completely worth it.

Best olive oil I have tasted so far.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for better tasting olive oil. This olive oil does not have any bitter taste, rather very mild, perfect, a bit fruity note. Goes very well with salads, burrata cheese, with bit of balsamic vinegar. Or any dish that needs fresh olive oil. When I first received the oil, they had only 1 month till exp date. Contacted seller, and they replaced oils immediately. Thank you for the help!!

The real deal!
Best quality. Best value. has the D.O.P stamp of approval--- DOP. Denominazione d'Origine Protetta | Protected Designation of Origin. The DOP label guarantees that your favorite cheese, prosciutto, olive oil, etc., is produced, processed, and packaged in a specific geographical zone and according to tradition. Don't waste your money on imposters.

So very light and smooth with lingering herbal after tastes
No this is not an inexpensive oil at all. For me this will be a finishing oil. This bottle will last me for months. I'll use the cheaper store bought stuff where volume is required. Yes-I will be buying it again. 1st project use will be the focaccia as seen on Netflix Salt, Fat, Heat, Acid

tastes great, overpriced
Caution - read the contents, small bottle. This is a good olive oil but way overpriced, felt I was paying for the design. You can get as good or better oil that will give you twice the volume at this $30-40 price tag.

Best olive oil!
When I traveled to Italy I learned that olive oil in northern Italy is sweeter and less bitter than southern Italy. I visited a winery/olive grove place in northern Italy and loved the wine and olive oil I purchased however it’s way too expense to order more so chose this brand because of its grown location and I’m extremely impressed of the buttery and sweet flavor of this product and highly recommend. Although it’s more expensive than brands you get at a supermarket, it’s a treat and have recommended it to family and friends. You won’t be disappointed.

BAKER'S FAVORITE
Over the last year my family has become great fans of olive oil cakes. One article in Epicurious remarked that Ligurian olive oil was a "must" for delicious results, so I gave it a try. They're right! It's lighter than several of the other varieties I keep on hand, and worth the expenditure.

My favorite, but soooo expensive.
This is so delicious, but it's terribly expensive, sadly, too expensive to order again.
