Drill America - DWDA/CX61/8 1/8" x 6" High Speed Steel Aircraft Extension Drill Bit, DWDA/C Series

received two identical bits, packaged seperately in plastic tubes. Went to use them only to find out they are both bent and apparently were sent from the factory that way. The tubes weren't bent but the bits inside were. No just one, but two. And not just a little bent either, one of them looked sort of like a helicopter spinning when I put it in my drill. Didn't use and returned them. Not a good product at all

It was impossible for me to find the size bit I needed in any parts or hardware store, and they don't seem to make many extensions that work for round shaft bits that work in drills. This was exactly what I needed to reach the space I needed to reach and get the job done the product shipped and arrived quickly and was of excellent quality. I will buy from seller again should the need for a hard to source bit arise.

I was able to easily count the holes due to a reiterative process I was using. It broke on the 51st hole drilled. Very poor quality and made of mystery metal. Keep them as straight as possible to improve longevity and durability, but don't get your hopes up.

First one I received was badly bent. It spun in about a 2" diameter in my drill. The second one spun in about a 1/2" diameter. By drilling a pilot hole I was able to make the second one work.Not the highest QC, but they are inexpensive.

It's a fine drill bit, definitely drills holes in things. Only worry I have with it is that it seems to bend somewhat easily when used, I can't stand snapping off drill bits into my projects. That being said, it's still holding up well after some light use.

Works well drilling deep into wood joints for injecting termite killer. The length penetrates several stacked 2x4's into pest areas spotted with an IR camera. This drill easily puts the many holes needed to saturate termite nests. I did roughen up the drill's round shank to lock the bit during operation. A hex shank would be better for deeper or tougher drilling.

Not sure what other drills bit this company makes. I use this drill bit to clean mold ports at work. The drill bit has not broke on me. And I broke other drill bits of this size very easily. Will buy from this company again!

I've been using these bits for pilot holes in 20 year old sun- hardened teak and so far so good. Still on the first bit and pushing slow and frequently clearing the shavings, trying not to smoke them. Recommended.

Excelente broca, buen material, buen filo. Se comió las cabezas de unos tornillos dañados casi sin esfuerzo (para eso la compré). Por ser más larga de lo normal es excelente para alcanzar tornillos o remaches profundos en aparatos como bocinas o no-breaks.El único detalle por el que no le puse 5 estrellas es porque venía ligeramente comba (arqueada, curva), por lo que "cabeceaba" ligeramente al girar. Pensé que era el taladro pero al comprobar en una superficie lisa fue evidente que era la broca. Si quisiera usarla en trabajo de más precisión no me arriesgaría, pero para lo que la compré (quebrarle la cabeza a tornillos barridos) resultó excelente.

Me gustó la broca, muy buena extensión, lo malo es que teniendo tornillos de la misma distancia debí comprar una más larga, por lo que entra en el mandril.
