Easy to use, durable, great for storage ... the only negative would be that the posts on which the easel pads hang from are a bit short depending on the thickness of the pad. A Post-it 30 sheet easel pad just barely fits.

This easel is so wonderfully sturdy. Every time I use it at a meeting, someone comes up to ooh and aah over it because everyone hates those flimsy ones. This one is totally worth the money if you do a lot of writing on flip charts. It's heavy, so be prepared if you have need an easel that you can move around a lot. I consider it part of my exercise routine.

This unit is perfect for anyone looking for a durable flip chart stand that will withstand years of transportation and regular use. Unit it not heavy and can be conveniently carried or transported from place to place. It also includes a very handy storage compartment for markers etc that makes shipping a complete unit very easy without taking up a lot of floor space. Unit is very sturdy and can be set up in a matter of minutes.

Bought this and used it at 5 different seminars I do and it broke. The pin on the top broke and it started splitting on the top. Not a bad product, just not sturdy enough to make it past 5 seminars.

This is very durable and far surpasses the age old tri-pod stand. You guys know the flimsy one I'm talking about. This stand firm, has storage and is easy to make compact. Buy it, you'll love it.

For a portable easel for the school library I wanted something sturdy, easy to open and close and light enough to carry across campus or to take to workshops. This easel was very, very heavy; it was unwieldy, and the stand opened and closed with great difficulty. The easel arrived with a crack and chip out of the heavy grey plastic. I returned it immediately and chose not to replace it. Thankfully Amazon has a good return system. Unfortunately I had also purchased the carrying case they recommended for it. That came from a store affiliated with Amazon and not from Amazon directly. It arrived before the easel and unfortunately I had thrown away the original packing box; in any case, the postage both ways would have made it virtually unreturnable. Big disappointment.

Items came with missing parts. No instructions and flipchart is extremely difficult to close. Several weeks after items are falling apart gradually. Pins and springs are falling off. I ordered 4 of these for my office. One came with missing part that rendered easel unable to attach flipchart. Since pins and springs have come off in recent weeks we have had to cannibalize parts from one so we can have 2 useable easels.

This is a great easel. It's very hardy. I use it in a classroom. Another teacher in my building had one which led me to purchase this one.
