I have one very tiny scratch from wear and the sides have just begun to yellow slightly which is unfortunately to be expected. For the few times I’ve dropped my phone, however, I am very happy with how little the case scratches. I often wear jeans or put my phone in my pocket book with other items and the case remains nice and free of other scratches. Other clear cases I have had are usually pretty yellow by this time so the very minimal yellowing that has only just begun doesn’t upset me and is only noticeable to me.It is a clear case - no little dots or strange tint of any kind and has a very small lip around the edge to offer some protection. It has a little flexibility to it make it easy to put on and off while still remaining stiff and secure. The cutouts on the bottom are in the correct place and do not cover any of my speakers which is also a plus since many cases will be made incorrectly.For the price, I am happy with this case! Ideally I wish there was a little more lip around the screen and a lip at all around the back camera for protection but it has been difficult to find that in this price point. Great product. Hopefully it doesn’t yellow like most clear cases!*UPDATE*Finally put on the screen protector the case comes with! Actually comes with 2 so that’s awesome. They provide a link to a YouTube video to “install” the screen protector. Comes with a microfiber cloth, alcohol wipe, and dust collector film to properly clean the screen before install. I do still have some air bubbles. Might be due to the micro-fractures I have on my phone but they say “Allow for 1-2 days for air bubbles to clear away...”. So we shall see.Overall, extremely happy. I wish I would’ve bought this a week prior to cracking my BRAND NEW XS MAX! But oh well.Last thing! When I put on the screen protector, I took off the case. To my surprise, this almost NO dust or dirt underneath. Might have to buy another one just for backup. The case I ordered came in and it fit like a glove. It comes with two screen protectors that were easy to apply. But unfortunately I believe the ones I received were defective. But I contacted customer service and with out hesitation se t me out a new set including a new case that I did not need. I really appreciate the customer service that I received. He was truly awesome in regards. Unfortunately my brand new IPhone XS Max was dropped by only about a foot and a half and the screen cracked and had to get it replaced. I only had the phone for about a week and a half and that was hard to swollow. Yes I had the case on and the screen protector. I really wanted to like this product due the sleek look and awesome customer service. But unfortunately it’s not the protection that I expected.
