I'm very pleased with this pan! I'd previously purchased a Fat Daddio's pan, received a bowed and defective one, and pitched it straight into the trash. This pan maker takes the trouble of packaging its products properly to ensure better quality control, and the pan I'd received is perfect, plus was a better value! You may have the extra time and inclination to return defective products costing less than $20., but even if you do, do you want to be bothered doing that? I doubt it! Buy this pan!

It came on time. Looks better than competitors model. I used it to make cheesecake in my instant pot today. Used parchment paper in bottom. I sprayed with non stick spray, it cooked great in instant pot. I put pan in fridge for 3 hours, cheesecake came right out. Cleaned up great. Price was 2.oo cheaper. No weird sticky labels on it like that the competitors users mention.

Compared this to more expensive, maybe famous push pans. This does the trick. Great first instant pot cheesecake. Easy to clean, cake came out easily. I am just being careful with cleaning using a soft scrubby. Satisfied.

It’s the best. If you own a 6qt or jar get instant pot or similar multi- or pressure-cooker you’ll want one of these. For cheesecakes and quiche recipes designed for the IP it’s great. And of course it’s an oven-safe push pan too.I’ve had the Big Daddy version of this but it’s somewhere in the summer cottage so got this. The Big Daddy 7” diameter pan is great too but often it’s not Available. So I bought this. It’s comparable and cheaper too. And readily available.

I made instant pot cheesecake with this pan and it did such a fantastic job that I definitely would recommend anyone to buy this. For the money this pan did as well as any of the pans that I own. Even the most expensive ones. I love this pan!

Just used my new pans for the first time to make my recipe of Lemon Crunch Coffee Cake. The cakes came out of the pans perfectly because of the removable bottoms. I did use parchment paper for the bottom of the pan as I do for almost all of my baking. The pans cleaned up very easily and completely with very little effort. Very nice quality pans.

I was a little anxious when I got the pan, as it came in a shipping bag. When I opened the bag, the box was pretty sturdy, thankfully. One corner of the box was crushed, but the pan itself was in perfect shape.Getting on to the pan - I was very happy with it's construction. It's very sturdy. I've gotten other removable bottom pans where the bottom was pretty flimsy, but this pan's bottom is of decent heft. Very pleased with my purchase.

High quality pan that can be used in instant pot and conventional oven. I can make a full sized recipe and it fits in this little pan!

I made my first NY Style Cheesecake in this pan. It turned out delicious! It wasn't too hard to get it out of the pan, but next time I think I'll line the side walls with parchment paper as well as the bottom. The pan is solid and the bottom plate pushed out easily.

Excellent dish. No leaks and though the size its small, its perfect for a cheesecake. Only down side, only one use the inside was a weird stain.

The best brand. Finish doesn't peel off. Maybe abit pricey. Good to use in insta pot.

Good quality and ideal addition to the kitchen

Used it once to bake an 8" chiffon cake. Came out great!
