Love never dies!
What a wonderful compilation of life's challenges and how we can get through them no matter how big they are. Chapter 10 by Kathleen Loso immediately touched my heart and brought tears to my eyes. I thought she was writing it about me. I also suddenly lost my Dad and I noticed the things and emotions she went through, were exactly mine. Kathy described them to a T. My spiritual work was the only thing that got me through it. But this is part of life. It was then that I realized that Kathleen beautifully and compassionately wrote this for everyone. It shows that love never dies and our loved ones are still here for us, just in a different way. She not only lived through the grief process but also shows us we can get through it too. Kathleen is a talented, kind-hearted medium who can help you if you are going through this. Please read this important chapter even if you are not grieving, as it might help you someday.

Feeling Grateful & Blessed to Read Transformation
Thank you to Elias Patras for such an amazing compilation and to all the inspiring contributors, especially my friend Lisa Randall who shared it with me. OMGoodness, I am feeling blessed to be reading about all the author’s amazing, heartbreaking, heartwarming, and some very traumatic life experiences. After many years of breakdowns to breakthroughs, this book was shared with me at a time when I needed it most. So happy and excited to hear about everyone’s journey to transformation, and beyond. I see many similarities in most of the journeys and I truly believe Lisa’s sharing your book was in no way a coincidence. I have struggled throughout my life in many areas. I turned 60 in January and have had a few new experiences that at times have left me feeling overwhelmed. Reading the author’s transformations has warmed my heart, lifted me up and put my new journey into perspective. Thank you! Thank youI!! God bless 🦋💝🙏🏼🌟

Love never dies.
Chapter10 authored by Kathleen Loso is a poignant, touching recollection of how the passing of a loved one affects us physically, emotionally and spiritually. From a young age Kathleen Loso became aware of her ability to connect and be comfortable with her spirituality. Oftentimes we tap the surface of our feelings and move on, not quite dissecting all it teaches us. It is apparent that Ms. Loso's experience with the difficult passing of her beloved father reenergized her connections. You can feel her pain, her sadness and her grief at this profound loss. Anyone having experienced a loss who reads this will recognize the palpable feelings of bewilderment, abandonment and disbelief. Ms. Loso fully encapsulates her journey from breakdown to breakthrough. A captivating read!

Brave, honest writing. Worth the read.
Most writing about grief keeps you at arm's length. Chapter 10 doesn't. Kathleen Loso's contribution, "When Grief Awakened the Soul," is about losing her dad and what came after. She writes about grief the way it actually feels, disorienting, foggy, like the hours are happening to you instead of you living them. She doesn't give you the polished version. What makes her chapter stand out is that she doesn't frame her spiritual awakening as a neat answer to the pain. It was a lifeline. There's a difference, and she knows it. She writes about all of it without flinching, and somehow it lands whether you share her beliefs or not. Brave, honest writing. Worth the read.

Powerful anthology of courage, resilience and purposeful living
What a powerful anthology of courage, resilience and purposeful living is Elias Patras' compilation of personal journeys from twenty-six authors. Each author is introduced through their photos and short bios as the appetizer, then the main dish is served from their personal paths, transcending from challenge to wisdom. I found myself jotting quotes from the authors to savor as dessert. Janie MacMillans': "The long-held not yet had blossomed into a vibrant, wholehearted now." Sarah Merlin's: "It's never too late to rewrite your story." Pandora Pappas': "...breakdown...a hallway between who I was and who I was becoming." The collection inspires and can be appreciated in small bites, as each chapter is written by a different author, or like fine dining -cover to cover.

I hope the mail is fast.
Before I’ve read a single page, I already feel like i will trust what I’ll find inside. i understand the author to be a rare teacher. Breakdowns and breakthroughs are not opposites. They are the same door — i believe that Elias Patras knows how to hold this door open. I am looking forward to entering.
