This product is very good for upper respiratory issues. We use this whenever someone starts coughing. It seems to help with recovery time. Tastes great, but it is hard to find in stores so we are grateful for Amazon! With Covid, it has helped me control the coughing (not everyone is the same, this is my results with it).

Best cough medicine. It takes out all the phlem. Especially, the annoying tickle.
They made the medicine to taste better. When my mother gave it to me back in the 80s it was nasty! I was annoyed. She didn't tell me because she knew l wouldn't have taken it. Then minutes later l began to cough and the tickle came up. Mom then smiled! Now l always make sure l have it. I even told my friends of it.
