Can you use one sheet for multiple batch baking? Or are these a one time and toss sheet?

Yes I used the sheets three times when I baked.

How many sheets do you actually get it says 500 above the picture and 375 in the description, which is it because that's a big difference?

500. I counted. Nope just kidding but there are more than enough for a home baker to use for years. And we bake alot.
