I’ve done a tea tox every couple years, first time using this one. It’s not bad. It’s very light on the stomach, doesn’t taste terrible, it’s pretty sweet. I’ve had teatox where I was literally awaken in the middle of the night with stomach pain, hunched over the toilet dying. This did not do that at all. Idk about the physical appearance aspect but definitely good for a cleanse. You take it every other day, so there’s 14 bags. Other teas I couldn’t even finish after the 3rd bag. This one I’m on my second week. Everyone is different but I worked for me. If you had a bad experience with a different brand and scared to try again, this is worth the try.

I’ve had other detox teas and senna teas like smooth move. The smooth move gave me such awful cramps and felt cold sweats and in pain. With this tea, there are no cramps, you just know when you have to go. It’s easy movement and doesn’t cause a ton of gas. The apple cinnamon is a great taste! Absolutely love it! This paired with the daytime tea is so wonderful! I use this tea as directed, where I only use the night time tea every other day. Kind of pricey for a tea, but it’s a small business so I understand and would rather put my money into that.

I’ve been using the SkinnyBoost 28 Day Detox Evening Tea for a little while now, and I’m honestly really happy with it. The taste is much better than I expected — it’s smooth, mild, and not bitter like many detox teas I’ve tried before. I like drinking it at night as part of my wind-down routine. People complaining that it’s a 28 day program, but only 14 bags, need to realize the directions say “use every other day”. I’ve used this every other day for six days and I don’t think I can take anymore. I will use it for occasional bloat but I can’t use it for another three weeks. Night one, I drank the tea at 8pm and had BM’s at 2am and 3am. The cramping wasn’t severe but it was there. (BM was the most this day) Day two- took a break and had a BM again during the day Day three- drank the tea at 8pm, had a BM at 4am and 5am. Day four- took a break Day five- drank tea at 8pm, had bad cramps from 2am-3:40am, BM at 3:40am, 4am, 9:15am,9:30am I don’t feel bloated and my tummy is flat. I always look like I’m five months pregnant after I eat. This hasn’t been the case since drinking this. I’m reading that too much cleanse is bad for your body so I’m going to stop after today because I just can’t take the sleepless nights from cramping and rushing to the bathroom. The tea is good without adding anything, it definitely cleaned me out for as much as I allowed it to. I weighed myself the next morning after the first night I took it and I lost 6 ounces. I still BM’d a lot the other times so not sure why I didn’t lose more but I’m glad I’m not bloated anymore. I think my body needs a break. I might do it every months for a day or two, but no way can I do it for 28 days. Maybe do your research and talk to your doctor before doing this. A simple google search and show you there are no benefits, but I also did not talk to my doctor. Overall, this is a good tea and will make you go. Well, it made me go… A LOT! (I used the apple cinnamon tea at night. I did not use the daytime one at all.)

Exactly what I needed! I love the ingredients in this tea! I researched all the ingredients and I was very impressed with all of them! I listed each ingredient and what it does for the body.This is definitely the tea to make your body healthy and keep it that way!This detox tea really does help with bloating and constipation, in addition to tasting wonderful. This product has a great taste.It definitely helped reduce bloating, which is great as I drank this at night to help me relax and sleep more peacefully and deeply.

The scent is strong. Not in a bad way but it’s strong lol. Also sweet. I can’t tell if it’s working. I just drank it. It’s my second time drinking it too. You’re supposed to drink it every other day. I’ll see in a few days what it does.

This tea has a pleasant taste, more so than other detox teas I have used, and is not to sweet. I prefer it hot, but I believe it would also be good cold. I have not been using it long, but find that I am less hungry for something to munch on in the evening, so with continued use I expect to see pounds come off. The most important thing to me is that it has really helped my digestive upset with gas and bloating that I have had after two years of chemo drugs. It has no caffeine and doesn't make me jittery. I just ordered the Daytime to try as well. I would highly recommend this product!
