The chimney is same as described in the pics. Very very well packed. I bought it after lot of research. Hood chimney is rarely available in this price and also the highest suction capacity in the market. Customer care people also very well behaved and arranged my installation at my small city from Delhi, and always taking feedback time to time. I feel that this is a great great chimney.

Installation kit not proper. Need to improve. Air leaking out of the rubber washer

We got the product and assume it was working good, we were not cooking that time so do not know exactly how the product is. Some cosmetics needs to be fixed like one of the LED bulb is fused, we contacted the person and they informed us they will ship it but that hasn't been done for more than 2-3 weeks now. Secondly the switches which are on the chimney are loose, for one function we have to press two to three times to work.

Very nice chimney. Received it in fully secured package. Suction capacity is excellent, it is really 1450 m3. Almost silent in first and second speed. Only company whose representative number is given and is always ready to help. At this price really good chimney and can be used in big kitchen also.

After few months one of the plate and screw gets displaced.

Product is good but your installation people are not professional they don't have proper instruments to fix, and one more thing my chimney is look little bigger to my kitchen, I don't have any idea while booking if I can change for smaller then this , really helpful pls help me on this pls
