Q: Will it fit a 0.3mm glass screen protector

Yes, the case went on right on over mine.

Q: How do you put it on?

The case has 3 parts. You first have to take off the black rubber part. Then the green part separates into 2 pieces. Put the tablet into the flat green part. Then re-attach the green curved section and finally the black rubber part.

Q: I cannot get the kickstand to open. Any suggestions? Maybe i am doing it wrong.

Put your finger in the little opening at the bottom. Pull up until it pop to keep kick stand out.
