My daughter dropped it and now bottom of bottle is cracked and now water is leaking, making it useless. This never happened with Mee Mee bottles

The product seems to be of okay quality, not too great. The product box (not the packaging) was open when it arrived. Since it was for gifting purpose, it is of no use to me with the broken package. Wants to return it back but it’s not returnable. Not sure why!!
