The taste of the Velveeta is okay - what I would expect from "instant" mac and cheese. However, I was really disappointed in the quantity as this makes a quarter, maybe a third cup of mac and cheese. The shells don't expand at all and after we made it, I told my wife that this was definitely a child's portion if that.My wife thought the sauce was watery and I told her I'd be tempted to replace the water with milk. Sorry, we like our mac and cheese creamy!That said, I probably wouldn't buy these again. I'd just as soon go to the trouble of making a box of mac and cheese the night before and reheating the leftovers for work.
