At first, I received a unit with minor screen issues, but the seller quickly replaced it with one in excellent condition. I'm genuinely impressed—it's hard to believe this is a 2018 model! The battery is in normal health and holds a charge for a long time. The laptop has no noticeable scratches or dents, just an extremely tiny mark that's barely visible. The only minor flaw is that some keyboard letters (like 'A', 'S', 'E', etc.) are slightly faded, but all keys function perfectly. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and truly hope it continues to work well and lasts a long time.

Product arrived with minimal scratches/ scrapes. Has a scratch on the front part and the "A" key has popped out of place. When I plugged it in and started using it it all went smoothly until I saw the battery icon had a "X" on it. It didn't retain charge without being directly hooked to a power source. I just came back from the Apple store where the employee helped assess the problem which obviously it was that the battery needed replacement. He put in a work order for a replacement but said it might not be possible to get the part due to how old the battery is (2018 model). It'd would have cost another almost $300 if they can even get the part. I'm so disappointed since I paid for the refurbished laptop in great condition yet its core isn't functional. Why even sell it in the first place? I'd skip the purchase, y'all. Now I have to see if I can return it and get my money back so I can just save up a few more hundred for a new laptop from the apple store where I know it'll be functional and have apple warranty.

I needed a laptop for school but did not want to pay $1000 or more for one. I found this Macbook after searching high and low and comparing reviews. I made the perfect choice. I honestly would have never been able to tell that this MacBook was renewed if it wasn’t in the description! It came with no scratches or imperfections. And it works great. I would definitely order from this seller again.

I really struggled with deciding between 3 and 4 stars, but ultimately I believe the Seller deserves the extra star. The laptop - which I purchased for my Mom for Christmas - is honestly great. The Seller did a good job of refurbishing it. By itself this would earn 4 stars for both product and Seller. However I did have a significant problem with the power adapter (aka the charger, as others have mentioned, the one sent with the laptop was not OEM and it caused major overheating and shutdown events), and it was a very frustrating experience getting the Seller to replace it.....which they finally did, to their great credit. Another reason that I ultimately decided to give them 4 stars. It would have been FAR less frustrating if they would have just communicated better - they DID send the replacement adapter after I asked, but despite repeated messages from me asking for confirmation and a tracking number, I heard nothing at all for over 10 days. I had to ask Amazon to step in and message them, TWICE. It finally just showed up in my Mom's mailbox yesterday. She says the new power adapter is working fine - no overheating or shutdowns! SO Mom is happy, which makes me happy. I would even buy from this Seller again. The product is high quality and the price is good. They stand behind their products and did the right thing when a problem arose, now that I know they just take forever to communicate, I can deal with future issues by just having more patience.

It was in alright but runs beautifully and the battery last for 5+ hours in normal operating temperatures

The Macbook I received was great, it works really well and looks really clean for a renewed device. Only thing is the battery drains pretty fast so I usually connect it to the charger while doing work. Otherwise, everything else is great. I do bioinformatics in this laptop with pretty large datasets and it doesnt lag.

So my wife and I took a “flyer” and bought a “refurbished” MacBook Pro from this seller. The Mac works better than I remembered new. Fabulous MacBook Pro and better than I could have ever expected! Arrived well packed with required accessories and it was password protected i put randomly 1234 and unlocked working well so far. Over all good performance battery health normal
